MP wants Business to come to Watford. With a larger Shopping centre in Town and plans for expansion and connectivity with transport to aid  the Towns Growth

Richard is appealing to local businesses to hire an apprentice, bringing awareness to the benefits apprenticeships can offer employers and employees alike.

 

He congratulated Trump on winning the Election in USA

 

"My congratulations to Mr Trump on his election victory and to Mrs Clinton on a well-fought campaign.

"We will remain close partners in trade, security and defence with the USA, a country to which we are bound by our shared history and founding principles of democracy and freedom."

He also comments on the BHS failure to do well in today's market place.

 

He calls for Business to come to Watford. With current Shopping centre expansion in Town and plans for expansion and connectivity with transport network.

 

Richard also goes on to leak one of the big name retailers that Watford will be seeing in the Newly Developed INTU Charter Place.

 

He began his career in business with a graduate scheme at the John Lewis Partnership, where he eventually became the assistant to the managing director of Waitrose after a long stint at Trewins in Watford.

 

The Watford MP joins MPs across England who have pledged to champion apprenticeships in their local area and help meet the goal of three million new apprenticeships by 2020.

There is a wealth of data which shows that productivity, skill levels and morale is higher at and increases within those businesses who hire an apprentice. Many say it improves their staff retention and ability to attract new staff.
