Police were called at 3am to crash involving three cars in Gammons lane, watford.
Police have named the victim who died as Luke O’Connell.
A further call was received to reports a man had been found with a serious alleged stab wound to his arm in St Georges Road. This man has also been taken to hospital.
The two incidents are believed to be connected and both scenes are cordoned off. The majority of Gammons Lane is closed and people are advised to avoid the area.
One man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
Police are appealing for information following having been called at just before 3am today (31 August) to Gammons Lane at the junction on Leavesden Road in #Watford to reports of a three vehicle collision and subsequent fight taking place.
