Ali Naqi Shah, 20, was a student and community youth worker who collapsed and died in March 2006 whilst playing football at Westfield Community Sports Centre, in Watford.
Mr Naqi was born with ventricular septal defect (VSD) – also known as a ‘hole in the heart’ – for which he required several operations throughout his life.
