12 charged in Luke O’Connell murder case Stabbed to death in Watford Three car crash double stabbing
Five further men have been charged, bringing the total to twelve that could be charged in connection to assisting in the murder of Luke O’Connell in Watford.
Luke, who was 26, died in hospital following an incident on Gammons Lane, Watford, which occurred just before 3am on Saturday 31 August.
The twelve defendants who have been charged are:
- Mohammed Haroon Azad, 21, no fixed address – charged with murder.
- Shahnavaz Azad, 27, no fixed address – charged with murder.
- Aamir Mustafa, 22, no fixed address – charged with murder.
- Mohamed Hamza Shah, 19, of Hagden Lane, Watford – charged with murder.
- Mohammed Hussnain, 24, of St. Georges Road, Watford – charged with murder.
- Hamza Azad, 22, of Nicholas Close, Watford – charged with murder.
- Umar Sarfraz, 21, of Whippendell Road, Watford – charged with murder.
- Ella Layton Hughes, 20, of Brighton Road, Watford – charged with perverting the course of justice and assisting an offender.
- Mohammed Saddique, 32, of St. Georges Road, Watford – charged with assisting an offender.
- Omar Hamid Chohan, 25, of The Harebreaks, Watford – charged with assisting an offender.
- Talha Chohan, 24, of Beech Road, Watford – charged with assisting an offender.
- Mohammed Raja Azad, 45, of Nicholas Close, Watford – charged with assisting an offender.
